Hey Lovelies, welcome to my page… Love to share my story with you all.

I am a qualified Beauty Therapist and have been in the industry for many years. Even though I have enjoyed working as a Beauty Therapist along the years, I have always had a passion for health and fitness which has inspired me to pursue this career along my journey through life and do what i love. 

​

With the transition of becoming a health and fitness coach, and sustaining my qualification as a Beauty Therapist my goal and purpose is to inspire and motivate women in supporting and achieving their goals by transforming their mind, body and soul to their fullest potential. It is important to not only incorporating fitness into your daily routine but creating a healthy lifestyle ongoing, and the right mindset to do so. As a Personal Trainer and a Health Coach I encourage everyone to understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle and the benefits it can have in our lives for the better.

As I am still new to the health & fitness industry and learning along the way I believe with the knowledge and skill I have gained so far that I can offer you the best fitness & health program that fits your own individual needs. I believe that incorporating at least 30-60 minutes of exercise daily and eating the right nutrition and whole-foods into your diet will not only make you feel great but will improve your health and wellbeing longterm.

There was a time in my life were i was feeling in the slumps, as i was going through depression and anxiety, not being able to get out of bed, and my energy levels where at its lowest, i always felt bloated and was never happy in myself. Suffering through a hormonal imbalance called PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) causing insulin resistance and inflammation in my body, leading me with all the above symptoms and more. I knew what i needed to do to change this and it took many attempts as i failed to do so because i didn’t have the motivation or inspiration to pick myself up and get my butt moving.

​

I knew at this point in my life where i felt at my lowest that i had to do something, so i began eating healthy, exercised regularly and made my health a priority. This is where i began to notice changes in myself as my mood positively increased, my energy levels heightened and results in my body became more noticeable, as i felt amazing. After i got into a routine of working out and educated myself on a healthy lifestyle and what worked best for me, i began noticing results and became more and more committed, because what i was doing worked and felt amazing. I believe in a healthy and balanced diet while also enjoying the good stuff too (all in moderation).

I am still in the progress of creating my own health and fitness journey as many times In the past I have failed to do so, and still do. I always tend to pick myself up from where I left off and carry on with my goals and intention. As we all know by now that no one is perfect and we all make mistakes or let ourselves down, but when this happens don’t be so hard on yourself. We are all human and going through similar challenges and struggles. As long as we push through and commit to our goals then we can achieve anything we want. Consistency…consistency…consistency, is the key to anything in life. So never give up and push through.

I believe a healthy lifestyle should allow you to maximise your total happiness, while maintaining the best state of health you possibly can.
